Sweetly Styled offers a unique 1:1 private cake class with our head baker, Lina. In this half-day class, you can bring any cake designs you want and work with Lina to troubleshoot, refine your technique, or even broaden your expertise. This 100% custom experience allows you to work on 1 or 4 designs in just 4 hours from 9am until 1pm. Perfect for anyone looking to take their cake decorating skills to the next level. This class will consist of: - The cake, ganache, supplies, and equipment you'll use during the class. - A guide of the staples that you need in your cake tool collection to achieve a picture perfect cake - How to torte a cake, fill and stack a tall cake - How to apply ganache coverage - How to colour correct to get the perfect crisp white or colour of your choice - How to achieve those super sharp edges on your final coat - How to apply 3d decoration best suited to your needs. - Light refreshments and tea/coffee, or water will be provided * Please note: These may alter based on what you wish to cover Please let us know if you wish to bring a friend or small group and we can accomodate to best suit your customised experience. You get to go home with a decorated cake, recipes and bonus information packs to help you when you want to re create this style at home. Please allow extra time for boxing your beautiful creation!
